Efteruddannelse for landmænd i 2019- Training for small-scale farmers in 2019
Agri Business Development har planlagt og gennemført tre kurser i Kobberbæltet i Zambia i løbet af juli og august måned 2019
Ideen om kurserne opstod, da vi af lokale landmænd blev spurgt, om vi ville komme og holde kurser for andre landmænd fra områder i Kobberbæltet.
På nuværende tidspunkt er kurserne i Ipafu, Kalilo samt Muchinshi evalueret, og vi er ved at planlægge yderligere kurser i distriktet.

Agri Business Development has planned and conducted three courses in the Copperbelt in Zambia during July and August 2019.
The idea of the courses came about when we were asked by local farmers whether we would come and conduct courses for other farmers from areas in the Copperbelt.
We are through evaluating the courses in Ipafu, Kalilo and Muchinshi and planning further courser in the district,

Kurserne giver deltagerne redskaber til at afklare, hvilke afgrøder og husdyrhold de skal satse på. Emnerne vil omfatte, hvad der sikrer familiens selvforsyning og hvilke produkter og afgrøder, der sikrer en god stabil indkomst, samt endelig hvilke niche-produkter, der kan give en rigtig god ekstra indtægt.

The courses provide participants with tools to clarify which crops and lifestock they should aim for. Topics will include what ensures the family's self-sufficiency and what products and crops ensure a good stable income, and finally, what niche products which can provide a really good extra income.

Hvor kommer deltagerne fra? Who are the participants?
Deltagerne kommer fra Ipafu, Kalilo og Muchinshi, tre forskellige lokale områder i Kobberbæltet og omfatter ca. 50% kvinder og ca. 50% mænd. Vi forventer at ca. 100 vil deltage på hvert enkelt kursus.

The participants come from Ipafu, Kalilo and Muchinshi, three different local areas in the Copperbelt and include approx. 50% women and approx. 50% men. We expect approx. 100 will attend each course.
Form og indhold Form and content
Hvert kursus varer en dag.
Vores erfaring er, at der kommer ca. 150-200 deltagere, kvinder såvel som mænd.
Dagen vil veksle mellem oplæg og dialog, hvor deltagerne får mulighed for at anvende redskaberne på deres egen bedrift.

Each course lasts a day.
Our experience is now that there will be approx. 150-200 participants, women as well as men.
The day will alternate between presentations and dialogue, where participants will have the opportunity to use the tools on their own farm.
